Who should I contact if I want to discuss anything about my Suite for the game?

We have a dedicated premium team available to help with all your queries, you can contact us via email premiumevents@tottenhamhotspur.com or call us on 0208 365 5010, please note the office hours are Monday to Friday from 09.00am to 5.30pm.


Can I purchase additional food and drink items for my suite?

Absolutely!  Each Suite comes with an enhancements menu for you to choose from.  Simply look through the items that are available, click on the items you'd like and add them to your basket.  You can then pay for them instantly so that they are added to your suite experience in time for the game.


How does payment work on the day?

For any items of food or beverage that you order on the day in your Suite, you can pay by card per item or at the end of the event


Who do I contact if I have a billing query either on the day or after the game?

Please speak to your suite host on the day who can assist, or post event please email the Premium Experience Team on premiumevents@tottenhamhotspur.com


How long do I have to order?

Your Suites Experience Portal closes approximately 3 business days before any scheduled game.  


What happens if I wish to add items to my Suite but it is past the deadline?

Whilst we cannot guarantee that we will have these items available, it may still be possible to add enhancements to your suite, to find out please contact the Premium Experience Team who may be able to assist on premiumevents@tottenhamhotspur.com


I have guests with specific dietary requirements, how do I let you know?

There is an option within the order process to tell us about your guests dietary and allergy requirements. Should you need further information on any of our menus, please reach out to the Premium Experience Team on premiumevents@tottenhamhotspur.com
